We had the special course for the 9th anniversary. As always, every dish was delicate and carefully prepared. Seasonal ingredients were incorporated throughout, and you could feel the season with each plate. At the end, the head chef himself served rice cooked in a clay pot, and we were even seen off as we left. That kind of heartfelt hospitality was also impressive. The location in Teraiya, with its pastoral landscape, is also one of the charms of this restaurant. It was a wonderful time where we felt like we had stepped away from our daily lives and taken a little trip.

You can enjoy different Japanese fusion cuisine each season, but it's an absolute hidden gem! Despite being in Aoba Ward, Yokohama, you're surrounded by peaceful rural scenery, and depending on the season, you can even see fireflies! This is the best restaurant among all the fusion cuisine places I've been to—no exaggeration!
